Lets be honest, day to day scheduling of our busy lives sometimes makes it incredibly challenging to find time to join a live yoga class. I have several pre-recorded classes for you to choose from that are of varying lengths depending on the amount of time you can dedicate to your practice. Remember something is always better than nothing, No need to guilt yourself for being unable to dedicate more than an hour to a class. These classes I am offering were taught to live bodies, therefore you will hear very specific verbal directions that will help you optimize the alignment for your body as you hear them.
